The creation and placement of the CÓATL cryptocurrency in the international market (limited placement) will have a private offering, and subsequently will be available to the general public. This will fund the Aldea Quetzal Residential Development, which will be located in the Yucatán Peninsula and State, Mexico.

Aldea Quetzal will be one of the best and most advanced residential real estate projects in the Yucatán Peninsula. Aldea Quetzal will have a Strategic Territorial Reserve to which an area equivalent to the total area designated for residential development will be assigned. This area will be registered as a Protected Natural Reserve by Mexican and International Organizations with the intention of preserving and reforesting the endemic Yucatecan jungle.

ALDEA QUETZAL
Aldea Quetzal will be a Residential Development located in the Yucatán Peninsula and State, Mexico. An exclusive and low-density development where 108 fully finished Villas will be built and offered for sale. These villas will be constructed on private land of 1,100 m2, with a building footprint of 288 m2, terraces of 49 m2, and 239 m2 of directly habitable construction space.
